Floor Finishes 

NuShine: Metal crosslinked floor finish designed to meet today’s demand for a quality finish at an economical price. Excellent Gloss, excellent leveling, exceptional durability. Outstanding detergent resistance and removability balance. Designed for a variety of maintenance programs. 25% Solids.

Brito: Metal crosslinked floor finish designed to meet today’s demand for a quality finish at a economical price. Excellent gloss, excellent leveling, exceptional durability. Designed for low to high maintenance programs. 20% Solids.

Liquid Solutions: Environmentally preferred low-odor Floor Finish. Zinc free. Contains no alklyphenol ethoxylates, ozone-depleting compounds or phthalates, which can be harmful to wastewater treatment systems. Excellent Gloss, excellent leveling, exceptional durability. 20% Solids. Formulated to meet Green Seal GS-40 standard.

DuraShine: Mixed metal crosslinked DuraShine floor finish is based on superior technology which provides unsurpassed durability, while also providing very good response to high speed burnishing operations. High gloss, excellent scuff, black heel mark and over-all wear resistance. Specifically designed for Schools, Colleges & Universities. 25% Solids.

EcoShine:Environmentally friendly Zinc free floor finish which offers excellent gloss, good durability and excellent removability. Hard acrylic formulation. Ingredients screened by EPA. 20% Solids.

Floor Strippers 

Strip-EZ: Fast Acting, No-Rinse stripper. Specially formulated to quickly penetrate and dissolve multiple layers of floor finish for rinse-free removal.

EPC-4: EPC 4 is a super concentrated floor finish stripper. Contains no phosphate, caustic or butyl. Fast penetrating and simple to use. Designed to be especially effective on today's Green finishes. Formulated to meet Green Seal GS-40 standard.

Strip-X: No-Rinse stripper for fast penetration and emulsification of old finish.

EcoStrip: Environmentally friendly, low odor, non-ammoniated wax stripper. Excellent for areas where odor is a concern. No phosphates, butyl, glycol ethers. Ingredients screened by EPA.

 Neutral Cleaners

PolyKlean: Neutral pH, Low Foam Heavy Duty Floor Cleaner. Won’t dull floor finish. Rinse free. Bio-degradable. Phosphate Free, Butyl Free & Ammonia Free. Fresh Lemon Fragrance.

EcoKlean: Environmentally friendly, pleasantly scented neutral cleaner. Formulated for use on all surfaces. Excellent for routine maintenance of finished floors. Ingredients screened by EPA.

MegaKlean: Highly Concentrated, Neutral pH Floor Cleaner. Specially designed to reduce inventories and provide maximum cost savings.

EPC-2: Non-toxic, Neutral pH, Phosphate Free Floor Cleaner. Formulated to meet Green Seal GS-37 standard.

Disinfectant Cleaners

 The following Disinfectant Cleaners are EPA registered and highly recommended for use in hospitals, nursing homes, schools and colleges, veterinary clinics and animal life science laboratories, equine farms, tack shops, airports, kennels, hotels and motels, poultry and turkey farms, dairy farms and hog farms, breeding and grooming establishments.

Disinfect-32: One step Neutral Cleaner, Disinfectant, Deodorizer, Virucide, Fungicide and Mildewstat. A unique blend of four quaternary surfactants. Broad Spectrum. Kills AIDA Virus (HIV-1 & HIV-2), Hepatitis B & C Virus (HBV & HCV), Human Coronavirus, Herpes I and II. Effective against MRSA, VRE faecalis, VISA and S.pyogenes (flesh eating strain). Used in schools, office buildings, hospitals and other institutions. Does not dull floor finishes. Fresh Scent. EPA Registered. Dilution 1:32

Neutral Lemon: Environmentally friendly, one step Neutral Cleaner, Disinfectant, Deodorizer, Virucide, Fungicide and Mildewstat. Effective against HIV-1, HIV-2, MRSA, VRE, VISA, HBV, HCV, Human Corona Virus, Herpes Simplex Types I & II, Influenza Type A, Vaccinia, E.Coli in presence of 400 ppm hard water and organic soil (5% blood serum). EPA Registered. Ingredients screened by EPA. Dilution 1:64

TB Quat: Ready-to-use Disinfectant Cleaner, Tuberculosidal, Virucide, Fungicide and Mildewstat.

Carpet Care

 Mr. Clean: Heavy duty, high foaming carpet cleaner. Excellent for rotary and bonnet cleaning. Anti-resoil agents leave an invisible non-tacky protective film on fibers and form a dry residue which is easily vacuumed upon drying. Contains synthetic wetting agents, solvents, water softeners and optical brighteners that brighten color without attacking fibers. Dilution 1:32 (4 oz per gallon).

Fibre Zone: Environmentally friendly carpet extraction cleaner and pre-spotter. Works on all type of carpets including the latest generation of stain-resistant carpet. Anti-resoiling properties. Formulated with synthetic wetting agents, grease emulsifiers, water softeners and optical brighteners. Dilution 1:128 for extraction cleaning; 1:64 for pre-spotting. Ingredients screened by EPA.

Spot-B-Gone: All purpose stain remover. Contains fluorochemical surfactant for soil and stain repellence. Excellent for removal of mud, grease, tar, dirt and food stains. Brightens and deodorizes as it cleans. Safe on stain-resistant (5^th generation) carpets.

Stink-B-Gone: Powdered deodorizer for carpets. Highly concentrated. Formulated to overcome strong odors caused by smoking, pets, etc.

Hand Care

Foamy Mango: Foaming Type hand wash. Antimicrobial and Antibacterial. Effective against E. Coli, Staphylococcus Aureus, Serratia Marcescens. Acceptable as healthcare personnel hand wash. Enhanced with emollients and skin conditioners to ensure mildness. 0.3% Triclosan.

Tea Tree: Environmentally Friendly Foaming Type hand wash. Antibacterial made with Tea Tree Oil and Menthol. Effective against Salmonella Choleraesuis and E. Coli. Ingredients screened by EPA.

QS Plus: Instant hand sanitizer. Alcohol Free. Non-flammable. Kills 99.9% of the most common germs in less than 15 seconds. (0.2% benzethonium chloride).

Fast: Instant hand sanitizer. 62% Ethyl Alcohol.

Grapefruit Hand Wash: Environmentally Friendly Conventional hand wash. Enriched with moisturizers. Leaves skin soft and refreshed. Ingredients screened by EPA.

 Restroom Care 

 White EI Disinfectant: Acid based disinfectant. 23% HCl. EPA Registered. Cleans, Kills Germs and Deodorizes.

Mr. Blue: Thick, clinging mild acid disinfectant deodorizer. Removes scale, rust, uric acid salts and other discoulorations from bowls, urinals, tile, sinks etc. EPA Registered. Effective against Salmonella choleraesuis.

Bowl Clinger: Ready-to-use viscous cleaner. Clings to vertical surfaces allowing time to penetrate build ups such as algae, rust and soap scum from urinals, toilet bowls, basins, shower stalls, etc. Leaves a clean fresh fragrance.

Leaf-It-Green: Environmentally Friendly ready-to-use foamy natural acid restroom cleaner & deodorant. Formulated with lactic acid. Contains Tea Tree Oil. Safer product with same results as more aggressive acids. No irritating fumes or mists. Ingredients screened by EPA.

 General Purpose Cleaners, Degreasers & Polishes

OxyQuest: Concentrated Environmentally Friendly Degreaser and Stain Remover with stabilized hydrogen peroxide. Biodegradable, non-combustible, Butyl Free. The surfactant system meets Green Seal’s GS-37 standard. Hydrogen peroxide reacts with organic stains, breaking them down and neutralizing the unpleasant odors. Ingredients screened by EPA. Dilution: ½ oz per gallon.

The Boss: General purpose ready-to-use super cleaner. Non-flammable. Formulated for steak free cleaning of glass, tile, chrome, vinyl, plastic and stainless steel. Ammoniated.

Kleer View: Environmentally friendly all purpose cleaner. Contains no ammonia. Pre-mixed and ready-to-use. No mixing or measuring. Safe for use on glass (without streaking), tile, chrome, vinyl, plastic or stainless steel. Ingredients screened by EPA.

Kleer View Concentrate: Environmentally friendly. Highly concentrated. Economical. Ingredients screened by EPA.

Thunder: Highly concentrated cleaner/degreaser formulated for use on hard surfaces where maximum grease cutting is required. Excellent for use in automatic scrubbers, pressure washers and ultrasonic applications. Dilution 1:100.

EcoSolve: Environmentally friendly Super Concentrated Degreaser. Non-toxic, non-polluting, biodegradable, non-flammable, non-butyl degreaser. Phosphate Free. Works well in hard or soft water, hot or cold water. Highly effective on oil stains. Ingredients screened by EPA.

Clear Choice: Ready-to-use non-butyl degreaser. Non-flammable, non-corrosive. The surfactant system meets Green Seal’s GS-37 standard. Ingredients screened by EPA.

New Lustre: Water based silicone formulation perfect for use on office furniture and wood paneling.

Lemon Oil: Oil based polish for use on wood, vinyl, leather, metal, chrome, stainless stee. And brass fixtures. Fresh lemon fragrance. Excellent for use on unsealed wood.

Specialty Cleaners

Graffiti Remover: Non-chlorinated cleaner removes unsightly markings caused by spray paints, markets, lipstick, crayons and scuff marks on steel, tile, glass, marble, porcelain, formica and most plastics.
